About The Position

The Sales & Service position is responsible for selling, servicing, and maintaining tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service, and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct. On-the-job training is available. The listed pay range is $14.85–$23.15. Benefits for full-time positions are available after eligibility criteria are met and are subject to change and governed by plan documents and Company policy. A higher minimum wage applies in applicable locations.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-pace environment.
Frequent lifting of weights between 35 and 75 pounds.
Frequent bending, twisting, and kneeling, and continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain tires and wheels.
Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; attach and rebalance wheels.
Install or rebuild TPMS and relearn or calibrate it.
Wash tires and wheels.
Test and install batteries.
Use and maintain equipment.
Assist other employees.
Test drive vehicles.
Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
Use the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.
Complete work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
