About The Position
The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of tires and wheels. The role provides excellent customer service and completes work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct. Les Schwab offers opportunities for a variety of skills, with on-the-job training.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid-pace environment.
- Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds.
- Frequent bending, twisting, and kneeling; continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain tires and wheels.
- Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; attach and rebalance wheels.
- Install, rebuild, relearn, and/or calibrate TPMS.
- Wash tires and wheels; test and install batteries.
- Use and maintain equipment.
- Assist other employees.
- Test-drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
- Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales using the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.
