About The Position

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of tires and wheels. The role provides excellent customer service and completes work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing, rebuilding, relearning, and calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; and using and maintaining equipment. The technician may assist other employees, test drive vehicles, and operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services. The role also promotes store sales and uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

On-the-job training is offered. The position requires a valid driver's license, excellent customer service skills, the ability to work in a rapid pace environment, and frequent lifting and physical activity.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills.

• Frequent lifting of weights between 35 and 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, and kneeling, and continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing.
