About The Position

Dealer Tire is hiring a relationship-focused Tire Sales Specialist to work inside a premium automotive dealership in Naples, Florida. The role is suited to customer-facing sales professionals who can build rapport, identify customer needs, recommend products, and close sales. The specialist serves as a tire sales expert on the dealership service drive and supports dealership and store operations.

After a fully paid training program, the specialist engages customers, performs quick visual inspections, identifies tire needs, recommends solutions, provides pricing, and closes sales. The role also involves building relationships with customers and dealership teams and supporting operations such as inventory and reporting. The position offers a consistent five-day, 40-hour work week, base pay of $28.34–$30.85 per hour, and target annual commission of $13,200. Guaranteed commission is available during onboarding for up to two months.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with order systems and CRM tools.
