About The Position

Dealer Tire is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Tire Sales Specialist to work inside a premium automotive dealership in Naples, Florida. The role is suited to customer-facing sales professionals who can build rapport, identify customer needs, recommend products, and close sales. After completing a fully paid training program, the specialist will serve as the tire sales expert on the dealership service drive and support store operations. The position offers a consistent 40-hour work week and opportunities for career growth. Compensation includes a base pay range of $28.34–$30.85 per hour and target annual commission of $13,200. Commission is guaranteed during onboarding for up to two months. The company describes a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 50% 401(k) match on employee contributions up to 7%, and PTO eligibility after 30 days, with up to 19 days annually. Requirements

At least 2 years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
