Flynn's Tire & Auto Service is seeking a Tire Sales & Installer Pro to join their winning team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales objectives, performing tire-related services, basic auto maintenance, and maintaining a well-merchandised facility. This is a safety-sensitive position within a family-owned company that values and respects its employees.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Acceptable MVR and Background Check
- Pre-Employment Drug Screening
- Can lift 20 – 80 pounds
Responsibilities
- Ensure a positive and helpful customer experience
- Communicate effectively with all customers, associates, and vendors
- Achieve sales objectives
- Execute operational processes such as opening/closing, creating service requests, and completing/reviewing invoices with customers
- Mount & Balance Tires
- Tire Repairs
- Oil and Filter Changes
- Vehicle Courtesy Checks
- Preventive Maintenance
- Follow MAP Standards
