About The Position
Flynn's Tire & Auto Service is seeking a Tire Sales & Installer Pro to join their family-owned company. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales objectives, performing tire-related services, basic auto maintenance, and maintaining a well-organized facility. This is a safety-sensitive position where employees are valued and respected. The company offers top pay with earning potential between $35K and $50K plus vendor commissions, a comprehensive retirement savings plan, medical, dental, and other valuable insurance plans, and up to 20 paid time off days per year. Employees never work on Sundays or major holidays.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Acceptable MVR and Background Check
- Pre-Employment Drug Screening
- Can lift 20 – 80 pounds
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales objectives.
- Perform tire-related services.
- Perform basic auto maintenance.
- Maintain a well-merchandised facility, including warehouse and housekeeping functions.
- Ensure a positive and helpful customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with all customers, associates, and vendors.
- Achieve sales objectives.
- Execute operational processes such as opening/closing, creating service requests, and completing/reviewing invoices with customers.
- Mount & Balance Tires.
- Perform Tire Repairs.
- Perform Oil and Filter Changes.
- Perform Vehicle Courtesy Checks.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance.
- Follow MAP Standards.
