About The Position
Flynn's Tire & Auto Service is seeking a Tire Sales & Installer Pro to join their team. This is a safety-sensitive position where you will deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales objectives, perform tire-related services, basic auto maintenance, and maintain a well-merchandised facility. You will ensure a positive customer experience, communicate effectively with customers, associates, and vendors, and achieve sales objectives. You will also execute operational processes such as opening/closing, creating service requests, and completing/reviewing invoices with customers.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Acceptable MVR and Background Check
- Pre-Employment Drug Screening
- Can lift 20 – 80 pounds
Responsibilities
- Ensure a positive and helpful customer experience

- Achieve sales objectives

- Tire Repairs
- Oil and Filter Changes
- Vehicle Courtesy Checks
- Preventive Maintenance
- Follow MAP Standards
