About The Position

The Tire Sales & Installer Pro delivers exceptional customer service while achieving sales objectives, performs tire-related service, basic auto maintenance, and maintains a well-merchandised facility including warehouse and housekeeping functions.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Acceptable MVR and Background Check
- Pre-Employment Drug Screening
- Can lift 20 – 80 pounds
Responsibilities
- Ensure a positive and helpful customer experience
- Communicate effectively with all customers, associates, and vendors
- Achieve sales objectives
- Execute operational processes such as opening/closing, creating service requests, and completing/reviewing invoices with customers
- Mount & Balance Tires
- Tire Repairs
- Oil and Filter Changes
- Vehicle Courtesy Checks
- Preventive Maintenance
- Follow MAP Standards
