About The Position

Freight Breakers LLC is hiring a Tire Loader / Unloader in Dallas, Texas. This warehouse role involves loading and unloading tires from trailers and shipping containers, with production-based pay per truck loaded or unloaded. The schedule begins at 8:00 AM and continues until production is complete. Earnings depend on completed production assignments. The company is seeking hardworking, reliable individuals motivated by production-based pay and teamwork.

Requirements

• Ability to perform heavy, repetitive physical labor throughout the shift.
• Comfort with repeatedly lifting, carrying, bending, twisting, and stacking tires.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain physically active for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Dependability and ability to work until assigned production is completed.
• Hardworking and reliable, with motivation to earn production-based pay and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload tires from trailers and shipping containers.
• Move, lift, carry, and stack tires repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Work efficiently to complete trucks and meet production expectations.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Remain on the job until assigned production is completed.
