About The Position

The Unloading & Loading Specialist helps keep products moving through warehouse operations by loading, unloading, organizing, and preparing shipments with manual and powered equipment. The role involves working actively with a team to handle freight safely and efficiently, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The position is based in Loxley, Alabama, with a Monday–Friday shift from 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Pay is $15.92–$25.00 per hour based on productivity and performance, with a guaranteed base hourly rate of $15.92 for all hours worked, subject to applicable overtime requirements. The posting also describes weekly pay, a $750 referral bonus, training on warehouse equipment, potential OSHA certification on motorized equipment, and opportunities to join a travel team.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing 50–70 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from trailers, containers, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Operate hand trucks, electric pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Build, organize, and stage pallets for storage and shipment.
• Read labels, breakdown sheets, and shipping information accurately.
• Secure products for transport using shrink wrap and tape.
• Inspect freight and report shortages or damages.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
