About The Position

Hertz is seeking an entry-level Tire and Lube Technician to service vehicles and perform vehicle repairs with oversight. The role involves using shop equipment and requires the technician to provide the minimum tools needed for repairs, along with a valid driver’s license. The stated wage is $17.00 per hour, plus a median incentive of approximately $575 per month, which varies based on job performance.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have the tools needed to perform necessary repairs, including a 3/8” and ½” impact wrench, metric and standard socket wrenches (preferably long and short), oil filter wrenches and tools, a TPMS tool to reset tire sensors, combination wrenches, and screwdrivers.
• Must be able to perform vehicle repairs with oversight.
• No prior experience is required.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior automotive repair experience, personal or professional, preferred.
