Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in a Business-to-Business client service/customer service interface or systems integration environment
• High school diploma or equivalent in education and experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience implementing and using Workforce Now (both Current Gen & Next Gen).
• Experience using Henry & Launchpad.
• Familiarity with ADP Totalsource and/or ADP Resource.
• Background of managing client backlogs and timely completion of action items.
• Successful track record of effective communication with sales and client relationship partners.

Responsibilities

• Implement ADP's Time and Attendance solutions, combining analytic and project management skills to help customers use HCM products with ease.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to lead project team workflows, optimize system configurations, and product upgrades using industry and product knowledge.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention by providing timely solution delivery within client-defined timelines, remaining engaged throughout implementation, and helping clients address and analyze their needs.
• Resolve issues and provide solutions with minimal direction on procedural matters, ensuring accuracy of client set up.
• Collaborate with client project teams, exchanging information on priorities, timeliness, and issues. Interact with ADP sales and customer service associates, provide input to management on process improvement and product enhancements, and potentially coach or mentor less-experienced specialists.
