About The Position

The Grout Medic is seeking a full-time or part-time, year-round Tile and Grout Technician with a strong work ethic, a positive and flexible attitude, and some experience in the field. The role involves restoring tile surfaces to a beautiful and stress-free state for homeowners. The company emphasizes a safe and reliable work environment, offering year-round employment. Technicians will use high-quality equipment and reliable company vehicles. The job also includes employee discounts for Grout and Tile cleaning.

Requirements

At least six months of experience working with grout and tile is preferred.
Availability to work 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Potential for some weekend work.
Valid driver's license without restrictions (non-optional).
Ability to walk for long periods of time.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
High proficiency with emailing, instant messaging, and use of various electronic devices and applications for effective communication/information sharing.

Responsibilities

Perform tile and grout cleaning, repair, regrouting, caulking, and minor repair services.
Drive company vehicles to and from customer homes.
Communicate effectively via email, instant messaging, and other electronic devices.
Ensure a sparkling clean surface for clients.
Restore tile surfaces to a beautiful and stress-free condition.
