About The Position
Under the direction of the Manager Building Service, the incumbent installs, repairs and maintains carpet and tile areas in all properties.
Requirements
- High School diploma or trade school certificate required.
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Working knowledge of tools, supplies and equipment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift/carry/handle weights of up to 50 lbs.
- Accurate senses of smell and touch required.
- Ability to work near loud, vibrating tools such as air compressors and jackhammers.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
