About The Position
Wausau Tile is looking for a detail-oriented and safety-minded individual to join the Grouting Team as a Grouting Associate. This role is responsible for patching and grouting Precast Terrazzo and Epoxy products using specialized concrete or epoxy-based materials (such as Cab-o-sil) to achieve smooth, defect-free surfaces. This position may support other production areas based on workload and staffing needs.

Responsibilities
- Transport cured terrazzo products to workstations using pallet jacks or walk-behind lifts.
- Patch and grout holes or imperfections with appropriate materials to meet quality and finish standards.
- Apply Cab-o-sil or epoxy-based fillers for detailed surface repairs.
- Inspect and stage completed items for the next phase of production.
- Perform quality checks and assist in other production areas as needed.
