Requirements

Higher education in Marketing, Business, or a related field
1+ year of experience managing TikTok Shop marketplace accounts
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Passion for marketplaces and affiliate strategies

Responsibilities

Own the affiliate growth strategy for assigned TikTok Shop accounts
Work on and manage creators' channels: Discord, WhatsApp
Recommend commission structures, bundles, and offers that incentivize creator output
Identify when to lean into seeding, retainers, or live-focused affiliates
Source high-quality creators through Affiliate Center, outreach, and internal creator communities
Manage and work on TikTok shop lives
Build and maintain relationships with top-performing affiliates
Coordinate creative briefs for creators, content expectations, and posting cadence
Identify winning creators and content formats to scale
Diagnose underperformance and implement corrective strategies
Share weekly insights and actionable learnings with internal teams
Work closely with the TikTok shop manager, Media Buyers, Designers, Representatives
And other assigned tasks
