About The Position
We are hiring an experienced TIG Welder / Fabricator to join a metal fabrication and manufacturing team in Dover, PA. This is a hands-on welding position focused on producing clean, accurate, high-quality welds on fabricated metal parts and components. The ideal candidate has solid TIG welding experience, strong attention to detail, and takes pride in precision fabrication work. If you have experience as a TIG Welder, Welder/Fabricator, Fabrication Welder, or Manufacturing Welder, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements
- Previous hands-on TIG welding experience
- Experience working in welding, metal fabrication, manufacturing, or a related production environment
- Ability to produce clean, consistent welds
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions
- Basic understanding of metal fabrication and weld fit-up
- Ability to use basic measuring and inspection tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Responsibilities
- Perform TIG welding on fabricated metal parts and components
- Set up and operate TIG welding equipment for assigned production work
- Fit, position, and weld components according to job requirements
- Read and follow blueprints, fabrication drawings, work orders, and production instructions
- Inspect completed welds and fabricated components for quality and accuracy
- Identify weld defects, fit-up issues, or other quality concerns
- Prepare parts and materials for welding and fabrication
- Perform grinding, cleaning, and finishing of welded components as needed
- Use basic measuring and inspection tools to verify completed work
- Maintain welding equipment, tools, and an organized work area
- Follow established manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures
- Work independently and as part of the fabrication and production team
