About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Tig Welder to join our team on our 1st shift Mon - Fri 7:00 AM to 3:30PM. As a Tig Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to specifications. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Tig welding techniques, preferably sanitary welding.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications.
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication.
- Strong ability to assemble and build metal structures.
- Familiarity with pipe threading processes.
- Competence in laser welding.
- TIG welding: 3 years (Required)
Responsibilities
- Perform Tig and laser welding on various metal components, preferably with a background in sanitary welding.
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications.
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble and fabricate metal structures.
- Operate plasma cutting equipment for metal preparation.
- Conduct pipe threading and stick welding as needed.
- Inspect welded joints for quality and make necessary repairs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
