Requirements
- BA/BS + 4 Years’ in related field or equivalent experience
- Possess Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or better
- Experience with CISCO Voice and Security or related expertise or equivalent experience
- ITIL Foundations Certification (within 6 months) with related expertise or equivalent experience
- Experience with ITSM/Remedy
