About The Position

The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Tier 2 IT/AV Support in Columbia, SC. The Contractor shall provide Tier II IT Help Desk support to HQ, HQ staff, and field staff.

  • Secret Cleared

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Provide a monthly summary of incident tickets per Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Manage approximately 20 service tickets per month.
  • Provide initial response within 30 minutes during duty hours.
  • Resolve routine Tier II issues within four (4) business hours.
  • Forward complex issues requiring escalation within one (1) business day.
