The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Tier 2 IT/AV Support in Columbia, SC. The Contractor shall provide Tier II IT Help Desk support to HQ, HQ staff, and field staff. Technical Support: The Contractor shall diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, chat, or in person and provide a monthly summary, incident tickets per Service Level Agreement (SLA). The Contractor shall manage approximately 20 service tickets per month. Initial response shall occur within 30 minutes during duty hours. Routine Tier II issues shall be resolved within four (4) business hours. Complex issues requiring escalation shall be forwarded within one (1) business day.
