The Ticket & Membership Representative is responsible for processing ticket and membership orders while delivering efficient, consistent, and exceptional customer service. This role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, promoting memberships and related products, and building strong relationships with patrons to enhance loyalty and confidence. Reporting to the Associate Director, Ticketing & Membership, the Ticket & Membership Representative collaborates with sales and customer service teams to support revenue goals and audience engagement. This position also contributes to maintaining high service standards and improving patron experience through proactive communication and support.
