About The Position
Chicagoland Speedway is seeking individuals to work in the ticket office on the event weekend, July 3-5, 2026. This role involves selling tickets in person, determining and collecting fees, issuing tickets, assisting with mobile ticket issues, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years old
- Ticketmaster software experience
- Experience handling a large volume of sales
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate in an effective and professional manner
- Reliable transportation to and from event location
- Pass background and credit screening
Responsibilities
- Sell tickets in person at the ticket office
- Determine and collect appropriate fees and issue tickets
- Accurately and efficiently access and provide account information
- Assist and troubleshoot mobile ticket issues
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Have a positive attitude!
