About The Position

Tenney Mountain Resort is hiring a Ticketing Agent to provide courteous guest service and assist visitors with their individual needs. Agents conduct ticket sales efficiently, handle cash and credit card transactions, and answer or direct guest questions and concerns. The role requires a friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive approach while managing multiple demands.

Requirements

• Professional and friendly personality, with a pleasant, responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable attitude while managing multiple demands.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Ability to accurately perform basic math.
• Previous customer service experience, including cash handling.
• General computer knowledge.
• Timely and reliable attendance.
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
