About The Position

No experience necessary! This Associate is responsible for maintaining the assigned cash drawer with an acceptable level of coins and cash. Associate is responsible for the processing of sports wagers and payment of winnings and for maintaining accountability for all coin, cash, and cash equivalents within the assigned drawer. Provide outstanding guest service while writing and paying Sportsbook tickets and providing information to guests. Answer customer questions related to sports and sports betting. Process contest selections and parlay cards as applicable. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures within the Sportsbook Department. At the end of each shift, the Sportsbook Attendant will be responsible for reconciling the assigned cash drawer and completing all necessary paperwork associated with this position.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
Must be able to attain a South Dakota Gaming License
