About The Position

Dual-Rates will work as ticket writers some days and supervisors other days. They may even be a ticket writer part of their shift and supervisor part of their shift. This role contributes to the smooth running of the sportsbook by greeting guests, handling inquiries, and providing excellent guest service. Responsibilities include conducting wagering transactions, assisting guests with kiosks and mobile applications, verifying winning tickets, and explaining wager information. The role also involves maintaining betting boards and televisions, adhering to all wagering and sportsbook policies, and complying with AML & Title 31 requirements. Teamwork, effective communication, and contributing to a positive work environment are essential. When in the Supervisor role, responsibilities include supervising the team to ensure compliance with all wagering policies, supervising all personnel in Sportsbook Operations for maximum productivity, resolving disputes according to house rules and regulations, and ensuring customer service and development are top priorities.

Requirements

Sports enthusiast
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with guests and employees.
Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
Ability to analyze financial statements.

Responsibilities

Work as ticket writers and supervisors, potentially switching roles within a shift.
Greet guests, handle guest inquiries, and provide excellent guest service.
Conduct wagering transactions: inputting betting information, printing tickets, accepting money, and giving tickets to customers.
Assist guests with wagering at betting kiosks and/or via mobile/internet applications.
Verify winning tickets.
Explain information regarding wagers to guests.
Accurately maintain bank/cash drawer.
Maintain and update betting boards and televisions.
Comply with all wagering and sportsbook policies.
Comply with AML & Title 31 requirements and procedures.
Comply with all Sportsbook and Caesars Entertainment policies and procedures.
Work as a member of a team and get along with co-workers.
Communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and leadership.

Supervise team to ensure compliance with all wagering policies (Supervisor role).
