Dual-Rates will work as ticket writers some days and supervisors other days. They may even be a ticket writer part of their shift and supervisor part of their shift. This role contributes to the smooth running of the sportsbook by greeting guests, handling inquiries, and providing excellent guest service. Responsibilities include conducting wagering transactions, assisting guests with kiosks and mobile applications, verifying winning tickets, explaining wager information, maintaining bank/cash drawers, updating betting boards and televisions, and complying with all wagering, sportsbook, AML & Title 31, and Caesars Entertainment policies and procedures. The role also emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, and contributing to a fun, positive work environment. Additionally, when in the Supervisor role, responsibilities include supervising the team to ensure compliance with all wagering and sportsbook policies, ensuring maximum productivity of all personnel in Sportsbook Operations, resolving disputes in accordance with house rules and regulations, and ensuring customer service and development are a top priority for all personnel.
