About The Position

The purpose of this position is to provide customer service for two museums and two performing arts venues. Provide impeccable customer service to patrons and visitors. This job works under close supervision according to set procedures.

Requirements

• High School Graduation or GED equivalent.
• No prior experience required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Provides to all patrons a positive impression of the City's performing arts venues by offering superior, individualized customer service.
• Accurately operates the computerized ticketing system to sell tickets, products, and concessions.
• Assists patron by effectively communicating by phone or in person at box office locations.
• Provides helpful and accurate information about events and venues.
• Processes cash and credit cards transactions accurately.
• Performs related work as assigned.
