About The Position

This role involves general admissions, ticket sales, and season pass processing. The Ticket Seller will also be responsible for answering telephone inquiries, greeting guests, and providing excellent customer service to ensure guests have a positive and memorable experience. The position requires the ability to handle cash and credit transactions, balance a cash drawer, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Assistance with other duties as needed is also expected.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Prior work experience
• Ability to handle cash and credit transactions and balance a cash drawer
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Weekend availability and flexible weekday availability

Responsibilities

• General admissions, ticket sales, and season pass sales and processing
• Answering telephone inquiries, and greeting guests
• Present oneself in a professional manner at all times

• Work with guests to ensure a positive and lifelong memory
