About The Position
Ticket Sellers are housed in our LexisNexis Risk Solutions Ticket Office at SAP Center and Tech CU Ticket Office at Tech CU Arena and provide outstanding service to our guests by selling event tickets and answering any ticket questions.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must clear background check
- Must be able to wear SSE assigned uniform during all shifts
- Must be able to utilize technology to sell tickets
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to work with people of all ages
- Must be customer-service oriented
Responsibilities
- Provide guests with a consistent level of impressive service that exceeds their expectations during all events.
- Accurately sell tickets to guests who appear at the ticket windows.
- Answer event and ticket information.
