About The Position

Sugarbush Resort is seeking Season Pass/Ticket Sellers to join our team working a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. The Season Pass/Ticket Seller handles guest ticketing transactions with efficiency and accuracy while maintaining the high standards of customer service that our guests have come to expect. This position pays $20/hour and runs from November until April.

Requirements

High school or equivalency degree.
Professional and friendly personality.
Ability to maintain a pleasant, responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable attitude while juggling many demands.
Excellent listening/communication skills.
Ability to accurately perform basic math.
Timely and reliable attendance.
Availability to work a flexible workweek, including holidays and weekends.

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service experience, including cash handling.
General computer knowledge, especially with RTP systems.

Responsibilities

Perform tasks in a welcoming and professional manner as a primary point of guest service contact.
Ensure positive, accurate, prompt, and courteous service while helping guests select products that best suit their individual needs.
Conduct ticket and ticket-package transactions efficiently.
Respond to guest questions/concerns (in person and on the phone) in a positive manner.
Collate receipts, perform general filing, and conduct accurate cash outs.
