About The Position

Sugarbush Resort is seeking Season Pass/Ticket Sellers to join our team working a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. The Season Pass/Ticket Seller handles guest ticketing transactions with efficiency and accuracy while maintaining the high standards of customer service that our guests have come to expect. This position pays $20/hour and runs from November until April.

Requirements

• High school or equivalency degree.
• Professional and friendly personality.
• Ability to maintain a pleasant, responsive, helpful and knowledgeable attitude while juggling many demands.
• Excellent listening/communication skills.
• Ability to accurately perform basic math.
• Timely and reliable attendance.
• Availability to work a flexible workweek, including holidays and weekends.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience, including cash handling.
• Experience with RTP systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest ticketing transactions with efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Ensure positive, accurate, prompt, and courteous service.
• Help guests select products that best suit their individual needs.
• Conduct ticket and ticket-package transactions efficiently.
• Answer or direct guest's questions/concerns (in person and on the phone).
• Collate receipts.
• Perform general filing.
• Conduct accurate cash outs.
