About The Position

Brooklyn Bowl is hiring a Ticket Scanner and Greeter to welcome guests, check and scan tickets, direct guests to the appropriate areas, and help manage venue access. The role also includes assisting with guest wristbands and credentials, answering directional and informational questions, communicating important information professionally with building staff, clients, guests, and supervisors, and calmly addressing guest issues. The position pays $18 per hour.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Customer service or hospitality experience.
• Previous work in a live music venue.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter the venue.
• Check and scan guest tickets upon entry and direct guests to the appropriate area.
• Assist guests with wristbands and credentials.
• Answer guests’ directional and informational inquiries by demonstrating knowledge of the facility and event(s).
• Communicate important information professionally with building staff, clients, guests, and supervisors.
• Maintain a calm and attentive demeanor when resolving issues with guests.
• Control access points to prevent unauthorized entry.
