Box Office Ticket Buyer for Colorado Springs, CO
About The Position
We are a leader in the entertainment industry specializing in ticketing for live events, including music, sports, and theatrical performances. The company is adding a Ticket Buyer to its growing team. Ticket Buyers receive purchase orders through a smartphone app, travel to venues, and use a company-provided credit card to buy tickets. After each purchase, they enter the details in the app and ship the tickets to the company. Commissions are paid weekly by direct deposit after tickets are received; there is no base pay. The role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to earn extra income buying tickets at venue box offices.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be eligible to work in the United States.
- Be physically able to drive, ride, or walk to venues to buy tickets.
- Have a smartphone to view order requests and enter purchase information.
- Be able to work approximately two days per week, one to four hours per day, generally between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.; venue box office hours vary.
- Be able to communicate through SMS.
- Be accurate, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Be trustworthy, reliable, and engaging.
- Have good verbal communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a rideshare or delivery driver, shopper, courier, or in another gig-type job may be a good fit; no experience is necessary.
Responsibilities
