About The Position

We are a leader in the entertainment industry specializing in ticketing for live events, including music, sports, and theatrical performances. The company uses technology to provide tickets to customers and deliver an experience focused on value. The Ticket Buyer purchases tickets at venue box offices using purchase orders received through a smartphone app and a company-provided credit card. After each purchase, the buyer enters the transaction details in the app and ships the tickets to the company. Commissions are paid weekly by direct deposit after the tickets are received; there is no base pay. The position offers a flexible schedule and can provide extra income.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Be eligible to work in the United States.
Be physically able to drive, ride, or walk to venues to buy tickets.
Have a smartphone to view order requests and enter detailed purchase information.
Be able to work approximately two days per week, one to four hours per day, generally between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.; venue box office hours vary.
Be able to communicate through SMS.
Be accurate, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Be trustworthy, reliable, and engaging.
Have good verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a rideshare or delivery driver, shopper, courier, or in other gig-type work may be a good fit; no experience is necessary.

Responsibilities
