About The Position

The Ticket Buyer purchases tickets for live events at venue box offices in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. Buyers receive purchase orders through a smartphone app, travel to venues, and use a company-provided credit card to purchase tickets. They enter purchase details in the app and ship the tickets to the company. Compensation is commission-based, with commissions paid weekly by direct deposit after tickets are received; there is no base pay. The role offers a flexible schedule and does not require prior experience.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Be eligible to work in the United States.
Be physically able to drive, ride, or walk to venues to purchase tickets.
Have a smartphone to view order requests and enter detailed purchase information.
Be able to work approximately two days per week, one to four hours per day, generally between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.; box office hours vary.
Be able to communicate through SMS.
Be accurate, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Be trustworthy, reliable, and engaging.
Have good verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a rideshare or delivery driver, shopper, courier, or in other gig-type work may be a good fit.
