About The Position

We are a leader in the entertainment industry specializing in ticketing for live events, including music, sports, and theatrical performances. The company provides tickets to live events and shows across the nation and uses technology to deliver an experience for fans. The Ticket Buyer purchases tickets at venue box offices. Ticket purchase orders are received through an app on a smartphone, and the buyer travels to venues and purchases tickets using a company-provided credit card. After purchasing, the buyer enters the purchase details in the app and ships the tickets to the company. Buyers earn commissions on each ticket purchase, paid weekly by direct deposit after the tickets are received. There is no base pay. The role offers a flexible schedule and requires approximately two days per week, one to four hours per day, generally between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.; venue box office hours vary.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Be eligible to work in the United States.
Be physically able to drive, ride, or walk to venues to buy tickets.
Have a smartphone to view order requests and enter detailed purchase information.
Be able to work approximately two days per week, one to four hours per day, generally between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.; venue box office hours vary.
Be able to communicate through SMS.
Be accurate, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
Be trustworthy, reliable, and engaging.
Have good verbal communication skills.

Experience as a rideshare or delivery driver, shopper, courier, or in other gig-type work may be a good fit.

Responsibilities

Receive ticket purchase orders through the company app.
