About The Position

The Ticket Buyer purchases tickets at venue box offices for live music, sports, and theatrical events. Buyers receive ticket purchase orders through a smartphone app, travel to the venue, and use a company-provided credit card to purchase the requested tickets. They then enter purchase details in the app and ship the tickets to the company. Commissions are paid weekly by direct deposit after the tickets are received; there is no base pay. The role offers a flexible schedule and is described as a way to earn extra income. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.
• Be physically able to drive, ride, or walk to venues to buy tickets.
• Have a smartphone to view order requests and enter detailed purchase information.
• Be able to work approximately 2 days per week, 1–4 hours per day, generally between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.; venue box office hours vary.
• Be able to communicate through SMS.
• Be accurate, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
• Be trustworthy, reliable, and engaging.
• Have good verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a rideshare or delivery driver, shopper, courier, or in other gig work may be a good fit, but is not required.
