About The Position

We are a leader in the entertainment industry specializing in ticketing for live events, including music, sports, and theatrical performances across the nation. The company is adding a Ticket Buyer to its growing team. Ticket Buyers receive purchase orders through a smartphone app, travel to venues, and buy tickets using a company-provided credit card. After purchasing tickets, they enter purchase details in the app and ship the tickets to the company. Buyers earn commissions on each ticket purchase, paid weekly by direct deposit after the tickets are received. There is no base pay. The schedule is flexible, with an expected commitment of approximately two days per week and one to four hours per day, generally between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.; venue box office hours vary.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Be eligible to work in the United States.
Be physically able to drive, ride, or walk to venues to buy tickets.
Have a smartphone to view order requests and enter detailed purchase information.
Be able to work approximately two days per week, one to four hours per day, generally between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.; venue box office hours vary.
Be able to communicate through SMS.
Be accurate, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Be trustworthy, reliable, and engaging.
Have good verbal communication skills.
