About The Position

Dive into Blue Water! We’re a fast-growing hospitality crew, bringing joy through RV resorts, campgrounds, hotels, and attractions since 2002. From cozy campsites to splashy water parks to luxe suites, we create unforgettable guest experiences. Love making memories? Come ride the wave with us and join our team! The ticket booth attendant regulates guests’ entry and exit from the water park. Work is performed under the general supervision of Attractions Management.

Requirements

  • Must be 15 years of age or older
  • Basic Cashier skills
  • 100% attendance of training session
  • Capabilities to sit for long periods
  • Must be able to communicate with staff and guests clearly
  • Comfortable being near people of all ages and genders

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a professional demeanor and answer questions accurately.
  • Ensure that Campground guests are wearing wristbands to enter the Water Park.
  • Explain ticket types to paying customers, sell appropriate group or individual tickets, and receive cash or process credit card transactions.
  • Clean and organize Water Park Cabanas to high standards.
  • Sell Water Park Cabanas to guests interested in renting them.
  • Ensure all cash-handling procedures, processes, and standards are consistently adhered to.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and surrounding areas in accordance with operating guidelines.
  • Engage all guests in a friendly manner while focusing on safety and security.
  • Work with guests to optimize their visit with additional products and services as appropriate.
  • Interact with concerned guests to discern their needs and work toward a proper resolution.
  • Troubleshoot various problems the guest may encounter, including the loss of personal belongings or other property, missing persons, etc.
  • Assist water park management with the delivery of incident reports to the scene.
  • Assist guests with all locker issues.
  • Other duties as assigned by water park management.
