About The Position
Responsible for the setup and operation of one or more thread rolling machines. This is a full-time permanent position with benefits. The shift is Monday - Thursday from 6am - 4:30pm.
Requirements
- Knowledge of thread rolling operations and metal properties is required.
- Candidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
- Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of thread rolling operations and metal properties is required.
- Setup and maintain flat die thread rolling machines for green rolling or re-rolling to remove nicks.
- Read blueprints and job routings to determine part specifications and order requirements.
- Use gauges and measuring instruments to ensure parts conform to specifications.
- Set all tooling as required.
- Verify first-piece production dimensions against print specifications.
- Perform teardowns after job completion.
- Replace and reset thread roll dies as needed.
