Requirements

5+ years of collections experience in first, third party, healthcare, etc.
Proven success managing complex accounts with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and AI-supported workflows.
Deep understanding of federal and state compliance requirements.
Demonstrated ability to mentor peers or support team-level performance improvements.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned accounts proactively, using data insights to prioritize outreach and maximize recovery.

Use AI assistants, CRM tools, predictive analytics, and automated workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements confidently; serve as a resource for peers.
Analyze performance dashboards, identify trends, and adjust strategies to improve recovery rates.
Provide feedback on scripts, workflows, and digital tools; support pilots and new client on-boarding.
