About The Position

The Third-Party Reproductive Coordinator provides administrative and practical support to patients participating in the third-party program, preparing them for treatment by providing information regarding each clinical aspect of the treatment cycle, as determined by physician. The Third-Party Reproductive Coordinator works in a collaborative relationship with physicians, the care team and the clinical department, as well as with other departments and employees. This is a fully remote position.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of two years of work experience in healthcare preferred
Minimum of one year of work experience as a Third Party Coordinator strongly preferred
Prior experience in IVF preferred

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for intended parents, ovum donors, and gestational carriers from initial consultation through treatment start.
Provide information on treatment cycles, including IVF, donor cycles, gestational carriers, and other third-party reproductive options.
Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and clinic protocols.
Review patient records, coordinate necessary tests, and track pre-cycle requirements.
Assist with consents, documentation, and communication with external agencies.
Support outside physicians using the clinic’s services.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and marketing efforts.
Cross-train and provide coverage as needed.
Other duties as assigned, within the scope of practice.
