Thermoforming Machine Operator 3rd Shift Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am
About The Position
PAC Worldwide is seeking talented Machine Operators for our Thermoforming Department. This role is essential to maintaining smooth production operations at our manufacturing plant. You will learn to operate and maintain manufacturing machinery to fulfill work orders of high-quality packaging products for PAC customers globally. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting work order requirements, loading and changing over machinery, and ensuring machines run smoothly, while communicating any issues to supervisors promptly. This is an opportunity to become an expert in operating and maintaining PAC machinery, making adjustments as needed with the support of your teammates.
Requirements
- Ability to understand and perform machine-specific Preventative Maintenance.
- High school diploma or its equivalency.
- At least 6 months of manufacturing work history desired.
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs. from floor to waist on a regular basis.

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery to fulfill work orders.
- Read and interpret work order requirements.
- Load and changeover machinery.
- Keep machines running smoothly.
- Communicate any problems that arise to supervisors in a timely manner.
- Make adjustments or changes as necessary to maintain production at the highest level.
