Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Ability to speak French with our team in Quebec if the candidate is located in Quebec.
• In a multicultural and international environment, a good command of English is necessary to interact with part of our clientele and international team.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Python, MATLAB, or C++ is an asset
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, CFD/FEA tools is an asset
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in energy-efficient system design

Responsibilities

• Assist in 3D mechanical design and modelling of components and assemblies.
• Perform analyses on the thermal and structural integrity of designs.
• Find potential improvement methods in terms of the structure and/or thermal components.
• Help the mechanical design team to prepare 3D models, drawings, and submittals.
• Conduct and analyze tests on system performance to validate and improve thermal design.
• Develop models for the main system components of existing and new products.
• Create detailed layouts to determine detailed dimensions and to check clearances.
