About The Position

The SpOT Clinic is seeking a dependable, compassionate team member for a part-time Therapy Technician role at their new Daphne clinic location. This role will support pediatric therapy services, assisting licensed therapists during sessions, preparing treatment areas and materials, and supporting patients and families. The position also involves maintaining a clean, safe, and child-friendly clinic environment by completing daily and weekly cleaning duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Genuine interest in working with children and families
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
• Basic computer proficiency

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a medical office, therapy setting, childcare, or customer service role is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed therapists during pediatric therapy sessions
• Prepare treatment areas and therapy materials
• Escort and support patients and families throughout visits
• Encourage and assist children during therapy activities
• Support therapists with activities, paperwork, copies, and clinic needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and child-friendly environment
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning duties, including therapy rooms, gym areas, lobby, bathrooms, and common spaces
