About The Position

The SpOT Clinic is seeking a dependable and compassionate Therapy Technician for their new part-time role at the Daphne, AL clinic. This position supports pediatric therapy services and focuses on creating a supportive environment for both employees and patients. The role involves assisting licensed therapists, preparing treatment areas, and ensuring a clean and child-friendly clinic space.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Genuine interest in working with children and families
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
• Basic computer proficiency

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a medical office, therapy setting, childcare, or customer service role is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed therapists during pediatric therapy sessions
• Prepare treatment areas and therapy materials
• Escort and support patients and families throughout visits
• Encourage and assist children during therapy activities
• Support therapists with activities, paperwork, copies, and clinic needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and child-friendly environment
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning duties, including therapy rooms, gym areas, lobby, bathrooms, and common spaces
