This position will require you to spend extensive amounts of time on the phone with patients. The role involves placing outgoing calls to patients to schedule physical therapy appointments and answering all incoming calls to the call center. The representative will schedule appointments for all physical therapy clinics at TOC and must possess strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of data entry and Excel is a plus.
