Responsibilities
- Contact homeowners to set qualified appointments for free consultations
- Follow provided scripts while adapting to customer needs
- Answer inbound calls from prospective customers
- Handle questions and address objections professionally
- Accurately enter customer information and appointment details
- Confirm appointments and follow up as needed
- Maintain and update lead information and reports
